Laconia, my doula was very knowledgeable. She showed me stretching exercises and self-care methods to help prepare for labor. She checked on me often. Going into labor Laconia left work to be right by my side. She drove me to the hospital bringing various doula equipment...the massages she gave me really helped me through. She was a magnificent doula.

Laconia was an amazing doula, she got to my house in what seemed like seconds. As soon as she arrived the atmosphere changed and I truly shifted into a calm state. She provided a whole Erykah Badu ambiance. The incense, the crystals, the music, and massage was perfect.
